Mr. Hamilton is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was the only plumber who could actually fix my problem. He has all the equipment you will need to fix something. After not having water in my house for days due to a bathroom clog, he saved the day!

THANK YOU District Capital Services! I had a malfunctioning shower knob. My husband diagnosed the problem but didn’t have the tools and confidence to change the problematic cartridge. He didn’t want to make a problem worst. I called several plumbers who would not accept the diagnosis. Donzelle came through! He accepted a video of me struggling to turn on the shower and brought the cartridge on the day of our appointment. We had some scheduling challenges, but nothing major that we couldn’t work through. We will definitely make District Capital Services our preferred plumbers!

It was a complicated job of installing a hot water tank heater (condo, tight space), but Donzelle and his team came through. They had to replace 5 water valves—the main shut off, 2 tank valves, and WD hookup valves—during the process because of how old they were. I appreciated his straight talk and expertise!

Donzelle and his team aren't just the best plumbers I've deal with, but the best tradesmen in general - a high compliment. I had an emergency sewer back-up which required immediate action, including digging up and replacing the sewer line. They were on the job the next day and day after and resolved the issue in a totally competent and professional manner. I also give them an A + for transparency, communication, and courtesy. The cost was most reasonable and fair (I know because I ran it by an acquaintance in the industry beforehand.) Donzelle even gives an unheard of 5-year warranty on parts and labor! Nobody likes plumbing problems, but when they happen, call Donzelle. You won't regret it.
